Schedule of Rates
This Schedule of Rates outlines the charges for our services across three customer categories: contracted customers, non-contracted customers, and domestic private works. Our pricing structure is designed to provide clarity and transparency for each type of customer, ensuring fair and consistent rates.
For contracted customers, we offer competitive callout and hourly rates as part of their service agreements.
Non-contracted customers are charged at a standard callout fee and hourly rate.
For domestic private works, charges are calculated on an hourly basis, with capped day rates to provide cost predictability. All engineer charges are charged in 30-minute increments after the first hour.
The listed charges apply to core business hours, which are from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Work performed outside of these hours will be charged at 1.5 times the standard rates. Please refer to the headings below for detailed pricing information.

Multiple Jobs
Where there are multiple callouts at the same building, the callout fee is reduced to the admin fee rate. Each job is then charged at 1 x hour minimum, considering the minimum 2 hours where applicable.
