Hybrid were tasked with providing Native with a PPM contract for their site – Sherborne Place, in Birmingham
After discussing how Hybrid can assist, and being toured through site we were able to produce a PPM proposal which was accepted and allowed Hybrid to work with the team and ensure the site is compliant, and allows them to focus on their residents.
Amelia Polowyj, Community Manager says;
“I worked alongside Hybrid whilst managing a site in Birmingham. It comprised of 230 apartments across six buildings – all of which had been handed over at different times and contained varying equipment throughout that required maintaining. Most of the equipment required updated PPM’s when I arrived on site in March and the team at Hybrid could not have been more helpful in arranging for the earliest available date – particularly Sophie and Megan. The paperwork was always sent promptly highlighting any remedial works that were needed so you could identify any issues found with ease. Again, as soon as I confirmed I wanted to proceed with the remedial works the team always tried to get them completed as soon as possible followed by the associated paperwork. Additionally, there were a few pieces of equipment on site that required a PPM schedule in place that weren’t on the original agreement as well as remedial works outstanding from handover. Adam worked alongside his co-workers as well as subcontractors to provide comprehensive quotes detailing all the work that would take place. This made the process of ensuring works could happen in a timely and thorough manner a lot easier. The team were a pleasure to work alongside, and this also goes for the Hybrid operatives and the subcontractors that attended site to conduct work. All were consistently friendly, thorough, and professional across the time I worked with them – exactly what you would want from a PPM provider! “
