Hybrid currently work in partnership with Allsop property consultants on two locations based in Greater Manchester; The Duet and The Trilogy. Hybrid carry out the Mechanical and Electrical Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) Contracts as well as offer a bespoke multi disciplined reactive service.
When The Trilogy opened in 2019 Hybrid were approached by Allsop with the view to be appointed as Facilities Management partners offering planned and reactive maintenance works package. As part of the process Hybrid consulted the handover documentation from the principal contractor and developed a bespoke PPM planner covering all the mechanical and electrical assets within the facility. Using our experience on similar buildings and working closely with The Trilogy’s management team Hybrid’s proposal was accepted and we were awarded a 12 month Maintenance Contract.
Our dedicated Project Team headed up by Project Manager, Jake Flint, carried out in depth site visits and inspections to familiarise the facilities team with the facility. By utilising our collocative approach to customer management we were able to understand the needs of Allsop and also the demands of the building, which is to a successful partnership.
