The Passcomm story.

In 1999, Chris Fay and Bernard McCabe founded Passcomm, building the business by forging lasting relationships, through technical partnerships and a customer-led approach.

These relationships built Passcomm’s reputation as a trusted advisor to the rail industry, and they grew to hold hundreds of PADS approved products.

Phil McCabe, managing director of Hybrid Solutions Group, started his career at Passcomm before moving into the data centre market and later founding Hybrid.

So, when Passcomm sold to Amadys, then Amadys was purchased by Netceed, it felt like a natural progression for Hybrid to take on the Passcomm product range, and continue delivering for their customers with the same attention to service and technical expertise.

Now, the Passcomm product range fits perfectly alongside the markets that Hybrid Solutions Group currently operate in. In values, heritage, approach and standards, there is strong synergy that consistently leads back to the original technical experience, and customer-focussed priorities of the original Passcomm brand.
